How do parents access their child's report card?

Parents log in on the Possibility welcome page using their ward's student ID and a password set during onboarding. During the term they can track live subject progress and teacher comments; once the school publishes results, they can view and download the official end-of-term report card as a PDF. Parents can only ever access their own child's data.

Possibility is onboarded per school rather than self-serve. Interested schools use the Contact Us / interest form on possibilityams.com to register interest, and the Possibility team handles setup and onboarding. Pricing is discussed directly with each school.

Is student data safe on Possibility?

Yes. Every school's data is strictly isolated from other schools, parents can only access their own linked child's records, passwords are stored securely with lockout protection, and school data is backed up automatically every week and at the end of each term. Possibility does not sell or share student data.

Does Possibility work on phones?

Yes. Possibility is a responsive web app that works on phones, tablets, and computers, and can be installed to the home screen as an app on both Android and iOS.
